Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), this privacy notice describes how personal data of users who subscribe to the Paride Iaretti Srl Società Agricola's mailing list (hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller” or the “Company”) are processed.

For the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter, the following personal data are collected and processed:

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
Sending promotional, commercial, and informational communications related to the Controller’s products, services, and activities (newsletters, offers, updates).
Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Technical management of newsletter subscription, including the double opt-in verification procedure, which ensures the user’s genuine intent to subscribe.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Processing Methods and Data Flow
Data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, using electronic and automated means.
The data follow the following technical flow:
The user completes the subscription form available on the website.
The data are temporarily processed through n8n, an automation platform that manages the sending of the initial confirmation e-mail (double opt-in).
Only after the user confirms the subscription are the data (first name, last name, e-mail) transferred and stored within the Brevo (Sendinblue) CRM for the purposes stated above.
During the initial step (before consent is given), the data are stored temporarily in a non-accessible environment and are not visible to the Controller or third parties.
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for as long as the user remains subscribed to the newsletter and, in any case, until consent is withdrawn.
Upon unsubscription, data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Data Communication and Transfer
Data may be processed only by authorized personnel of the Controller and by third parties designated as Data Processors, including:
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) – provider of CRM and email delivery services.
n8n.io GmbH – provider of workflow automation services.
Data are processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
If a transfer to countries outside the EEA becomes necessary, it will be carried out in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, adopting the appropriate safeguards.
Rights of the Data Subject
The user, as a data subject, may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:
obtaining access to personal data;
requesting rectification or erasure;
objecting to or restricting processing;
withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Withdrawal of Consent and Unsubscription
Each email communication contains an automatic unsubscribe link.
The user may withdraw consent at any time, thereby stopping all future communications.
